Parents Teachers and Children (PTC)
In 1998 after many years as Midway PTA, the school and parents decided to break away from the PTA. We then became the Parents and Teachers for Children (PTC.) Our goal is to help the school with educational programs, equipment and provide any class or child with necessities the school budget does not allow. We raise our money through fundraising. Over the years we have seen participation grow. Midway has an active PTC and always encourages our parents to be involved in their child's school. Look below for other ways you can be an involved parent and make a difference in the education of the students at Midway Elementary. |
Interested in becoming more involved? You can become an officer of the PTC at Midway!

In addition to the PTC parents can be involved in the educational decisions made at Midway school by becoming members of the Instructional Leadership Team and/or the Local School Decision Making Committee. Social Events
Throughout the school year parents are invited to Midway for a variety of social events to encourage a sense of community and the opportunity for parents/guardians to show their children that school is important to all family members. We hope to see you at many of the upcoming events planned for the coming school year. |
